How I meal prep + recipes!

I think that in one point of every college student's life, it finally clicks that they can't eat like they did when they played 3 high school sports (hi, i'm guilty) and they realize that working out and eating healthy actually does something.

I have been on and off healthy eating and working out sporadically for the past 8 months, but I finally have decided to meal prep and stick to a schedule. I have some different health goals for my benefit as well as feeling better about myself without feeling so much body dissatisfaction.

The point of all of this is to show you guys how I meal prep and provide you with recipes! I tried to take decent photos, but at least you will have an idea of what I do. I'm going to write down everything I bought from Target and what items you (probably) have laying around your house to cook with.

So for Breakfast, I decided to make these super easy egg white "muffins"!

The next thing I made was lunches. I didn't make recipe print out's for these because they are super easy!
For lunch, I made a piece of 6 oz chicken with broccoli and sweet potato. I cooked all of these and placed them in containers for each day.

As for dinners, I made this yummy spicy chicken in the crockpot with string green beats and quinoa! This is how I made the spicy chicken:

As for snacks, I buy Hummus and Celery sticks, hard boil eggs, and also eat cashews, peanuts, and almonds!

I hope this gave you a starting point for eating healthy and a basis for super easy meal prep! It's so much easier to eat healthy when you already have the food cooked and ready!
